Yufuin Onsen Ryokan Mebaeso

It was really nice. It's a little far from Yufuin Station, but I used the ryokan's family bath twice and the water was really nice. The rooms were spacious, the mountain view was great, and they were very friendly. I want to go again haha.

It was nice that it wasn't far from Hakata Station, and it was nice to rent a bicycle so I could ride around. There was an Aeon A** machine in a large supermarket nearby, and I had a hearty breakfast and dinner. I also enjoyed using the hot springs! I want to stop by again next time!

The location is a bit disappointing, but it is clean and the facilities are good. The staff were all friendly, and the kaiseki set meal was delicious. Hot springs are also convenient to use.

The view from the entrance to the ryokan was very beautiful. You can also find large carp, small fish and small freshwater crabs. There were no Korean employees, but he skillfully used Google Translate, so there was no inconvenience in communication. The road to the family bath is really pretty. The large communal bath also has an open-air bath, and the hot spring water was of the highest quality. It was nice that the water pressure in the large bath shower was strong. The kaiseki meal itself is impressive. Parents liked it, and the children were able to eat well together. The cutlery set for kids is cute and my daughter enjoyed it. The breakfast was also of a much higher standard than the standard hotel breakfast. I was able to enjoy a healthy breakfast without any burden. There is a simple children's playroom on the first floor, and 4-5 year olds could have a good time. There is a charge for yukata for children. It was very cheap at about 1000 yen for 2 days. Ayukata was really cute. We stayed 2 nights in Mebaesou Ryokan. I was very worried because my parents were there, but fortunately, I had enough rest and ate delicious food. Thanks to the friendly staff, I was able to spend a pleasant trip. thank you It is recommended to buy snacks in advance at a nearby mart or convenience store after sightseeing in Yufuin. There are only vending machines near the ryokan. I plan to visit Iryokan again.

Visited with my parents and my 8 year old child. I took a rental car and parking was convenient. The staff are all friendly, the kaiseki and breakfast are great!! My parents loved it too. I intend to visit again the next time I go to Yufuin.

It was my second visit. However, I was surprised to see a photo of the room introduced on Trip.com and booked it, but another room was booked. The Japanese room I booked had a rock bath in the photo and no bed, but the room I booked had two beds with a ceramic bath (this option was marked on Trip.com as a Japanese Western Room). When selecting a room, you should correct the room name and upload it so that there will be no such mistake later. I think it should be marked as a rock stone bath or a ceramic bath in the room, and the photos in each option should be corrected to be photos of each room, not the entire ryokan, so that there is no misunderstanding. Fortunately, there was an employee who spoke Korean well, so I was grateful that he changed my room and took care of me very carefully. However, they said they would lay a futon, but even though we ate kaiseki for dinner, the room was cold and the room was still there, so we just laid the futon on our own and didn't know how to use the heater, so we took a picture with a translator app, turned on the heater, and slept warmly. There are a few things I did myself, but I spent the day thankful that I was able to change the wrongly booked room and stay at this ryokan. I would like you to correct the room name I requested. I hope there will be no such misfortune the next time I make a reservation again.

The room was spacious, the outdoor family bath was very a**ospheric, and the meal was delicious! However, we went with our baby, and I thought it was a little cold because all the places to change clothes in the family bath were outdoors. However, this is a minor part, and overall it was a very satisfactory accommodation!

Because in a traditional hotel, you can’t ask too much for the staff, and the meals are okay, but not luxurious. There is a shuttle service to and from the station (by reservation). The price is not expensive. Comfortable and quiet. The hot spring is nice.

Although the location is far from the main street of Yufuin, They operate a repatriation bus, and there are rental bicycles, so once you arrive at the accommodation, the distance isn't a big problem.
