The facilities are good, but the location is high so it was difficult to get around.

[Hot Spring] The open-air bath, which is also available for day-use bathing, is a beautiful blue bath, and the mountain scenery that can be seen from there is magnificent and wonderful, but we were confronted by a child of a day-use guest who climbed onto a rock in the bath and, what a shame, urinated standing up from there, so we had to crawl away and couldn't enjoy the hot spring at all. Also, the bath is quite crowded during the time when day-use bathing is available, so I think it is better for overnight guests to avoid it. When I went the next morning, it was very empty and I was able to take my time to enjoy the morning mountain scenery. The semi-open-air bath in the room was dark, so I couldn't see very well whether it was blue water or not, but it was a thick water with a sulfur smell, which was also good. [Food] I was surprised at the amount of broth rice (quite delicious) at breakfast. Overall, the taste was not bad, but if you want to eat flashy food, the food here may not be enough. [Room] All the rooms are detached, but if you choose a room far from the reception, it will be difficult to go to the restaurant or to the large bath at the end of the stone steps in geta, so be careful. Although the building was old, the furnishings were adequate and it was more than enough for two people to stay.
