環境整體很不錯，清潔到位，外賣是有智能機器人送到房門口的，衹是剛開始的時候床單和被套上都有紅油漬，估計是沒洗乾淨也洗不乾淨了，後來又換了一套，還不錯，床很軟，空間大，住着舒服，打車到岳陽樓很近，到步步高商場也近，走幾分鐘就是岳陽站，很方便～

這次訂了個團購房，房間和先前住的差不多，衞生沒有遇到先前的情況，前台也比先前熱情。就是衞生間比較侷促，感覺一般。樓下的停車位依然比較緊張，先來先停，去晚了就要停收費的車位。出門倒是方便，帶小朋友遊玩去各個地方不遠，公交還算方便。

設施：酒店很新。
衞生：乾淨敞亮。
環境：在岳陽火車站附近，非常方便，打車都不用跳錶。
服務：前台小姐姐服務非常好，輕聲細語。洗衣房非常乾淨，洗衣液很細節都裝了小瓶，拿一小瓶倒就行了。
早餐在8樓，手工麪好吃，可以試一試。

店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服 服務熱情周到，位置優越，安靜，舒適度高，周邊美食很多，離岳陽樓近，旁邊五十米左右有公交站去景點很方便，位置優越，衞生乾淨

好好好，住的不錯，服務態度特別好，環境挺乾淨，機器人也很可愛，設施齊全，大廳簡潔大氣，服務人員貼心且熱情周到，酒店位置優越，交通便利，房間採光不錯，房間寬敞裝修的很精緻，床鋪鬆軟舒適很安逸，總得來説體驗不錯，值得推薦。

房間很大很寬敞，然後大床房也有兩個椅子，兩個吃飯這些真的很便利。空調製冷效果也超好，前台小哥和姐姐們都超級好超級有禮貌。這裏地理位置也好，離岳陽樓洞庭湖都很近。
