挺好的 酒店，距離高鐵站也就10分鐘的路程。離市區也近，有大型超市（沃爾瑪、步步高）酒店設計簡約雅緻。工作人員也都非常熱情，有問必答，還熱情介紹我們要去的步行街具體的行走路線。設施齊全（有洗衣機，吹風機，洗漱用品）各方面都很好 。

我到岳陽應該是晚上九十點，辦理了入住，剛進房間，裡邊就明晃晃出現了黃色小卡片，房間也有味道，但太累了，味道不大想着空調吹一吹就好了然後就睡了，第二天起床後腦勺不舒服，有點癢，但我有事兒着急出門，也沒當回事兒，但到下午越來越癢，越來越疼，腫了好大一塊兒，肩膀脖頸連着腦袋疼到我感覺要從頭頂鑽出來的那種疼，我剛開始説讓酒店工作人員陪我去醫院，他們一直説酒店不可能有問題，也不去，但後邊還是陪我去了醫院掛急診，醫生診斷毒蟲咬的，然後掛吊瓶解毒，折騰到凌晨四點左右回酒店，我非常確定我入住之前是健健康康沒有任何問題的，睡了一覺就不舒服，肯定是酒店有問題，但他們一口咬定酒店沒有問題。我在第二天休息好了一些以後去原來的房間，前台有明確告知衞生已打掃，可我還是找到了蟲子屍體，到這兒他們還不承認有問題，説他們有按時消毒殺蟲。我一直都有説他們的處理方案是什麼，他們告知我如果保險承認，就走保險，其餘酒店沒有任何問題，不承擔責任，也沒有任何的方案給到我，我當天回了西安，休息了兩天就去醫院，皮膚科醫生看完以後開了葯，然後告知如果過兩天還沒緩解疼痛，就去腦外，腦外科醫生讓我先把傷口養好，再判斷疼的問題。讓我氣憤的事情是出了問題，酒店先撇清責任，並沒有想着説是不是自己的問題，該怎麼完善防止下次發生意外。

我們一家人過來岳陽旅遊的，下高鐵到酒店距離不遠，8--10分鐘的路程。酒店交通便利，離市中心也不遠有步步高，沃爾瑪。美中不足的是，在去酒店的的士車上司機抱怨説酒店離高鐵站太近，不賺錢，還説酒店不好等，運氣不好什麼的……

環境：酒店位置很好，離高鐵站很近。 設施：窗户隔音挺好，挨着馬路也不吵，總體上酒店超出預期，在同等價位中性價比較高非常滿意 房間設定的很精巧 很有家的感覺 淋浴室的體驗感很不錯 乾淨，床上用品比較新。
