為了看岳陽樓特意來的岳陽。酒店挺好，雖然大堂小，但是酒店挺大，房間也不小，住起來挺舒服。還給主動更換了證件的套子。美中不足電梯地面有點滑，不過前台態度都很好，把這點彌補了。下雨天還是要小心。

帶寶寶來岳陽看大熊貓的，衹睡一晚，本來是想着隨便定個房的，沒想到這裏驚艷到了我，我們中午11點多到了，前台小姐姐就幫我們辦了入住，看到有寶寶還送了一份爆米花，辦理好入住把身份證還給我們，沒想到幫我們身份證全都裝了一個保護套，真的很細節，房間也非常乾淨，本來就帶了小朋友，這讓我們住着感覺很放心，晚上還有晚安粥送到房間，真沒想到一百多的房間衞生，服務都這麼好，下次去岳陽我還會選擇這家！

酒店位置很好找，就在路邊，樓下是繁華大道，對面美食街美食眾多！岳陽市區不大，打車去看看岳陽樓很快就到，樓下也有直達岳陽樓的公交車！

總體我覺得挺不錯的，而且房間很整潔乾淨，設施也是比較新，而且因有盡有，服務及時有問題也會幫忙處理～交通便利，前台姐姐都很有禮貌很好～如果下次來岳陽還會選擇這裏～

服務態度超好，前台小姐姐很熱情，房間寬敞整潔，入住後的服務體驗也超好，每天的晚安粥也很好喝，房間的電視很大，還有機器人送餐，整體體驗非常好

一直在這邊住算是常客了 ，以前是覺得平常過節漲價很正常畢竟服務各方面還挺好但是這次入住很失望吧價格貴就算了，前台服務還這麼差. 衹知道要好評問題問題不解決服務真的很一般 .價格一直在漲服務一直在拉 一次不如一次
