酒店位置好 便利 乾淨 舒適 服務員都不錯 早餐雖然簡單 但是性價比極高 去了岳陽這麼多次 偶爾在這吃飯就近住 感受還是可以的 值得推薦

臟亂差不説，服務態度還不好，礦泉水都收費。房間又小！又緊湊！隔音效果不好！空氣不流通！一股發黴的味道！第一住，也是最後一次！拜拜了！本人從來不妄加評論！考慮做生意也難！但總要差不多！即使評論也一般是好評比較多！但總要差不多！

房間質量還行，衞生整潔，存在三個問題，一是早餐品種單一，雞蛋每人衹能吃一個；二是停車位嚴重不足，衹有七個車位，多的車子不負責停放，但是附近路邊管理又好嚴，我停了三分鐘，就罰款100元；三是在攜程訂的房間居然還要收100元按金？攜程上有收按金的規定嗎？我也攜程訂房間幾年了，還從來都沒有交過按金，服務質量太差。

訂的套房，很大，三人入住，房間的備品是兩個人的，找房掃要的，一次性拖鞋沒有，房掃説正常房間是沒有的，但是最後還是給了，感謝，前台服務業挺好。離岳陽樓也不遠，做公交打車都可以。

很不錯哦，體驗感挺好的！工作人員都很好，不管是前台還是打掃衞生的阿姨~房間光線很好，很多時候都能看到陽光灑在床上，灑在床上。房間中央空調效果也很好，總體來説都很棒

衞生：細微之處做得很好👍
環境：位於火車站十分鐘走路即達，鬧中取靜，周邊吃飯方便。
服務：前台及客房服務周到，賓至如歸不是一條標語。尤其是前台周娟小姐姐，人美心善，有求必應。永遠帶着微笑。不像某些酒店像你欠她200塊錢似的。
