環境：離火車站很近，走路十分鐘左右就到，周邊吃的選擇挺多的。
設施：酒店設施有點老舊，洗手池的下面的水管漏水滴水，沒睡覺不要緊，睡眠質量不好的話深更半夜會聽到滴水聲（不知道是我衹有我住的這間漏還是怎樣，睡覺之前用紙巾把水管的水吸乾就好），還有空調是中央空調，衹能送風（冷氣暖氣需要酒店開總閘，好在我住的時候天氣不熱，需求不大）。
衞生：還可以，挺整潔，有些地方是太老舊，清理不掉，但也有些死角沒搞乾淨，但影響不大，總體還是挺好。
服務：看人，有的挺好講話，有的陰陽怪氣！
性價比還是挺高的，因為酒店價格挺優惠，有些小問題也無傷大雅，但中央空調是硬傷！

來岳陽旅遊在網上訂購的酒店，在岳陽火車站前面十分鐘路程，順着岳陽火車站前面馬路一直走，過一個立交橋再過一個路口就到了，酒店前台服務人員都非常熱情，態度很好，有問必答，很滿意。酒店房間很大，衞生乾淨，設施完備，熱水很給力，水量很大，晚上睡覺也很安靜。酒店門口馬路對面有一個巷子，從巷子穿過去有一條街完是飯店，價格便宜，種類全。總之，選擇天上人間酒店不會讓你失望。

這家酒店的位置好找，在大馬路附近，離火車站不遠，酒店裝修很舒適，洗浴間放了防滑墊，衞生也好，床品很軟，晚上睡覺舒適

先看的一個房間進去很臭，換了一個房間比較乾淨，鏡子太多，晚上失眠！用了一次性浴巾，早上退按金扣款15元，一袋紙巾而已！上面寫的非贈品，15元！沒説不讓用啊！也不提醒一下！太坑了！

非常滿意，這樣的價格能住到環境衞生都相對滿意的房間，很贊。
服務員的服務非常棒，有耐心，會告知房間的實際情況，酒店經營長，設施略陳舊，但不影響使用。
特別喜歡的是閑暇時間，退房是下午2點。對於上午去玩的驢友很友善。
離火車站很近，出行很方便。
便宜也有好房，推薦!

房間的燈不怎麼亮，很悶的感覺！空調也不制熱！吹出來的是冷風！剛開始是熱的，後面就不熱了！早餐是最差的一家，服務員非常不耐煩！而且不讓客人弄，都是你説吃什麼她給你弄，態度不好👎這是我住過最差的一個酒店了，早餐也是吃的最差的一個地方！
