房間雖然不大但是五臟俱全，該有的設施都有，衞生搞得很乾凈，佈置得有家的感覺，價格便宜預訂方便不用搶，不像別的賓館一樣動不動就沒房，挺適合一個人旅行的。老闆老闆娘很熱情，人很好，服務非常周到。位置不在主城區，大概距離10公里，但可以在門口坐22路車20分鐘到岳陽樓景區。

房間屬於小型帶廁所的，賓館在一個小區裏面，停車非常方便。
設施：洗漱用品齊全，有熱水壺，衣架，空調，電視劇等。
衞生：房間衞生很棒
環境：邊上就是海吉星，往前走一點就是紙廠和華能電廠，電廠旁邊吃的很多
服務：由於我們堵車，晚上12點左右入住的，老闆一直等我們，不知道路會主動到路口等我們帶路

衞生很乾凈，廁所也很乾凈，住的頂樓，房間要小一點，總體很好的，就是位置有點偏，去景點玩有公交，但是還是很遠。周邊衹找到一家吃飯的地方。單房間還是很不錯的，就是位置沒優勢

雖然是民宿，但比一些打着賓館名義的住宿強了不是一點點，酒香不怕巷子深，首先老闆熱情，其次屋裡乾淨整潔 ，給人一種家裡的感覺 ，住的很舒服，而且離岳陽樓也不遠，價格也實惠，我住的是雙床房，整體體驗真心不錯，值得推薦，就是走的時候忘記拍照了。如果以後還去岳陽玩一定還住這件店。
