服務：前台小姐姐態度特別熱情，我的要求都一一滿足了，還主動幫我們按電梯，做講解。
到了晚上有個小插曲，樓上的孩子一直在跑來跑去，跺腳，晚班的經理小哥哥馬上幫我們升級了房間，還一直道歉，真的是非常感謝！
早餐特別豐富，有西式和中式兩種。
酒店距離岳陽樓打車大概十分鐘，很方便，附近還有一個湖南最有名的奶茶茶顏悦色哦，必須打卡👍

三人間就是標間多放了一張床，還算可以，不是很擠，早餐很豐富，衞生也可以，停車場夠大，對於開車出來旅行的人來説停車方便非常重要！晚上客服還給了我們一個驚喜，送來三碗小米粥很貼心！

這房間破喲 戰國時期的遺風 往近了説的説可能是蘇聯解體的 房間一進去 洗臉盆就堵了 大禹治水過來都要弄個三個小時 慢慢的水才自己往下滴 房間裏還擺了個一體機電腦 這個電腦可能是喬布斯製造的第1代蘋果吧 這個電視 19寸的躺在床上 哪個頻道都看不到 標誌都看不到 大家注意看這個電話機泛黃的斑駁的電話機 這個電話可能打到大洋彼岸都打得通的 這個電話機見證了無數人的悲歡離合 這房間説實在的 別説是酒店 你説是文物古蹟我都相信 怕是魯迅先生住過吧 我看了一圈桌子上面也沒寫的早啊 床頭的這個靠墊 我沒仔細看的時候是有一點陰影 仔細一看這踏馬是包漿了呀 就這衞生水平還是5星還是5星 大家注意這是五星 雖然説過年期間400多 也還行 也還好 但這是真不值 這400多塊錢 這400多塊錢花的是冤枉錢 這個酒店真的應該裝修一下了 走的時候我問前台有沒有礦泉水 給我兩瓶頭搖的跟撥浪鼓一樣的 生怕我拿了他的家產一樣 這你敢信
