先説對這個酒店的住房環境還是不錯的，但想來評論是因為昨天退房被前台一兇讓我莫名其妙。請酒店有關領導去查一下監控，10號中午12點左右及下午5.20退房前台監控。中午12點左右續房時，我問當時當班的前台姐姐問的很清楚，她説3小時80元，超一點點時間10來20分鐘可以。下午5.20我拿房卡去前台辦理退房，首先一切正常，然後下午當班的前台，開始跟我講3小時90元，我還超了20分鐘，我剛想解釋中午前台跟我説的，突然就對着我一兇起來，她兇起來我當時莫名其妙，語氣很不好問她怎麼這種態度，她倒打我一耙説我語氣不好，直到我拿出手機開始拍攝視頻才語氣好了一點，因為當時着急去考試，沒時間爭執調監控。為了貴酒店以後的服務質量，請酒店還是查一查監控。

這家挺好的，過來基本都住這裏，位置很方便價格便宜。春節也是二百多一晚，對面全季幾乎翻倍。全季也住過，房間還沒這個大，就是新一點電視大一點而已。
