The room was nice, the service attitude was good. The front desk manager, Xiao Wu, and the customer service manager, Xiao Shu, called in advance to ask if we had any special requests. We said we had two adults and one child, and we wanted to put two single beds together. When we got to the room at night, they made the beds as requested, and provided extra toothbrushes, slippers, etc. We were also upgraded to a lake view room when we arrived.
