前台服務員很熱情，酒店房間大，很舒適，還有很多免費服務，養生粥，泡腳桶，洗衣洗車等 直接和前台説就行。
早餐豐富，服務人員熱情。
退房時還送了禮品，很推薦入住。

長城大酒店細節服務做的非常好，比如説大廳設有免費的茶水，像天氣比較熱的時候，喝上一杯酸酸甜甜的酸梅汁是非常的舒服的，設有免費的打印機，還有免費的健身房和洗衣房，酒店就在市中心出行格外的方便，服務人員態度非常好，前台小姐姐熱情且專業，小劉美女笑的最甜，下次有機會一定還會再來的，希望繼續保持

酒店地理位置很好，就在市中心，出行特別方便，岳陽夜宵特別好吃，早餐米粉很不錯，酒店提供暈車貼很贊，增值服務超級贊👍🏻，機器人送餐很方便，打印速度特別快，服務態度超級好，前台小姐姐笑的很美，就跟花似的，看到這麼美的笑容讓人心情愉悦，專業素養特別高，讓人流連忘返，酒店裝修大氣，衞生乾淨整潔，房間空間很大，隔音效果很不錯，下次來還住這家，評論的都是真實的，歡迎打假！！！

前台服務熱情。房間問好在後麪停車場，挺安靜。房間設施齊全，不過床墊看着是平整的 但睡上去是傾斜的，很不舒服。洗澡水壓小了點 水温有點低。酒店位子不錯，周邊很熱鬧。還有個網紅飯店。

酒店的服務環境衞生管理都特別好，首先是前台小姐姐服務很熱情也特別的專業，大廳設有空調、提供免費的茶水、自助打印機，打印速度特別快，之前看評論説好像是很卡，看樣子應該是老闆換新了，挺好的，上行電梯需要刷房卡，外賣由機器人送，還挺方便的，三樓還有自助洗衣房，五樓還有個大陽台可以曬衣服，總體來説特別的滿意，下次還會再來
