Everything was good. The style is slightly outdated, but everything was super clean. They were changing the towels every day, and the staff was very polite.

房間比較舒適，有免費的小吃水果。讓人意外的早餐超好吃，膳食纖維，豆製品，粉面類，糕點類，品種豐富，老少皆宜，用餐的人也不是特別多，不擁擠，服務員也很熱情，恰到好處。推薦！

空調開到最低也跟沒開一樣，室內不如室外自然風，設備老化，床墊過軟，除了地理位置不錯其他真就非常一般，很差的一次體驗。

一直對格蘭雲天印象都還不錯，所以這次去岳陽就選了這家。真的太后悔了！
1、最最最生氣的是房間衞生！我們四間房衞生都很差，沙發、衞生間玻璃上的污漬肉眼可見，地毯也很臟。床品發硬，消毒水味很重，塵埃飛揚，並且床墊有一邊塌了。第二天早上起來我小孩（7個月）腿上起了兩塊幹皮，我沒在意。然後肉眼可見越來越多，昨天去醫院看，醫生説是細菌感染的皮膚癬，問我們有沒有接觸不乾淨的環境。我回憶了一下，除了這個酒店是真的沒有其他的了，而且也的確是第二天早上起的皮癬。
2、品牌節活動有603元兩間房消費券，我們本來是三間房，就先買了一張，再攜程訂了一間。後來又加了一間房，我們就又買了一張，被告知不能用了，退款要扣10%手續費，並且一個月退回來。真的離譜！
3、地下車庫非常混亂，沒有指示牌，車多道窄，到處亂停亂放。打電話給總機問怎麼停車，總機就一直回覆説讓保安給我回電話。
4、入住八人，八人訊息都提交了，但不知道是前台失誤還是怎麼，衹有七個訊息，所以有一個人沒有早餐。雖然在我申訴之後送到了房間，但體驗感很差！

網上預訂景觀大床房509元到店後前台小姐姐直接給普通單間，前台服務差，通道説話房間聽得一清二楚幾乎沒有隔音👎🏿

昨天下午將近4點到店，然後前台説房間還沒好，你把行李放下先走，當時嗓子快冒煙了，滿頭大汗，就和前台商量換個收拾好的房間或者讓我先把行李放到房間我擦個臉換個衣服就走不耽誤人家打掃。被告知收拾好的房間要升級加錢，沒收拾好的房間不能進，態度非常強硬，説之前客人退房晚了讓我理解，如果要等打掃需要40分鐘，衹能先寄存行李。本來如果是我到早了，加錢升級也無所謂，我下午快4點才到，你酒店房間沒收拾好憑啥讓客人買單? 如果不是在攜程付了擔保按金並且實在沒精力理論了，早就換家酒店了。最後衹能存了行李先去旁邊的星巴克喝冷飲解暑，然後去岳陽樓玩到一半手機快沒電了衹好匆忙趕回來，身上衣服感覺都臭了。衞生自己看吧，這個地毯不曉得幾年清洗一次，地板都包漿了。入住讓人等，催退房倒是很及時，拖鞋還要收費使用，也真是開了眼了。這一晚酒店太影響心情了，也影響對岳陽的觀感，還好這是此行最後一站，前面湖南別的地方玩得都很開心。以後出行不會選擇格蘭雲天這個品牌的酒店，一次管夠。
