這個酒店是很有特別之處的，服務令人貼心滿意，主要表現在以下幾個方面：1、前台服務小姐熱情主動，昨晚，我到達時是夜裡十一點多，服務人員精神飽滿，有的倒茶，有的辦手續，有的給找車位，並且都是年青的小美女。一般酒店服務員在這個時間基本是無精打彩或昏昏欲睡了。2、酒店裡不僅服務人員熱情，而且還有一個超萌的機器人忙個不停，可愛的很，給酒店增加很多活力。3、酒店房間裏是投影電視，很特別的佈置。4、酒店還有有很多超值服務，如果需要，掃描下單，機器人就給你送來了，你説是不是挺有趣。5、江南三大名樓之一岳陽樓就在附近，步行可達，用范仲淹的名句‘’遷客騷人多會於此‘’來概括這家酒店不是很恰當嗎？

服務態度很好，入住前小許有聯繫入住時間，怕找不到還發了定位，酒店位於步行街鬧市區，但房間一點也不吵。前台有免費爆米花，諮詢服務員旅遊問題，也回答的很耐心詳細。走時找到了彩蛋，送了小禮物，很有意思的設計。
