房間很大，乾淨衞生，陽台可以觀廣場和洞庭湖景，離汴河商業街很近，樓下還有幾家不錯的餐廳。步行到岳陽樓大概十分鐘。酒店停車方便，入住辦理快捷，還有很多小細節做的好。我最近幾天感冒咳嗽痰多，幸好洗手間有個小垃圾桶可以放床頭，解決了大問題。唯一的缺點是離廣場近，窗外比較吵，但晚九點以後漸漸安靜，不影響睡眠。

非常好的一次住宿體驗，房間整潔舒適，清掃保潔及時，服務人員態度和藹友善。周邊環境極好，出門就是巴陵廣場，幾家飯店都不錯，再幾步就到汴河街，岳陽樓，簡直太方便啦！晚上廣場上熱鬧起來，有各種小吃零食，玩樂的天地，散場後收拾的乾乾淨淨！管理相當好！

帶着父母出來玩。首先，地理位置真的好，就在巴陵廣場，步行到岳陽樓就可以，附近吃的很多，晚上還可以看夜景，不用出門。其次，衞生挺好，大床真的很舒服。第三，服務好，態度真的挺好，還提供洗衣烘衣服務，而且服務人員不管問什麼，麻煩他們幹什麼，都很耐心，還一句一個人應該的，很舒服。晚上提供免費銀耳湯，可以免費停車，地下停車場上三樓正好。

酒店離岳陽樓非常近，門口是洞庭湖大廣場，離汴河街近在咫尺，位置極佳。樓下就是地下車庫，免費停車。最讚的是酒店服務和衞生，乾淨温馨，帶洗衣烘乾，晚上送銀耳羹和綠豆湯。服務意識很到位。附近吃飯很方便，旁邊的一家KFC早餐非常實惠，幾乎是5折。

設施：很新很好，投屏電影應有盡有，店家還給開了會員，躺床上看相當舒服～
衞生：挺乾淨，會按時打掃
環境：就在巴陵廣場旁邊，離景區相當近，鬧中取靜。
服務：晚上會提供免費的粥，外賣也能送到房間。
性價比很高，還會再來～

帶着老媽旅遊來到岳陽，入住明珠酒店。環境優美，房間寬敞明亮，服務員帥哥美女周到熱情，景區很近，吃飯方便。前台還有香甜的爆米花，晚上有銀耳羹，真是貼心的酒店，可以放心來住啊。

為帶娃背誦《岳陽樓記》而來，這個酒店離景區非常近，房間內的滑梯鞦韆孩子非常喜歡。前台服務也很熱情，還提供一次性馬桶墊。第一次來湖南，感覺湖南人都很熱情，也很親切。

房間很大很乾凈，床品也新床非常舒服。熱水沖。對着廣場可以夜晚看湖景，但是黑漆漆的也看不到什麼。重點是位置好，走着去岳陽樓啊，地下停車，可以直達賓館樓上，適合自駕和行李多啊。酒店提供一張24小時的單次停車券，很不錯。賓館後面有各種吃喝，值得入住。最棒的還是巨幕電影了，雖然能看的不太多，但是也基本夠了。
