每次回來都住這個酒店。之前一直都很好。但是這一次房間的床單一股黴味。我應酬半夜回來睡覺，床單上一股黴味，這個味道就像這個房間的床單被子潮濕了以後沒有通風造成的，那種發黴的味道特別的刺鼻。整個床單被套包括被子都散發出一股黴味。特別難聞和刺鼻。當晚已經半夜了，服務員説給我換，我説算了吧，客房這麼晚也辛苦。第二天一起床我就走了。實在受不了，床上這個味道。我估計是被子的黴味。不只是床單。這次花這個價錢在岳陽住這個酒店心裏特別的不爽。第二天起來，感覺自己像中毒了。頭暈眼花。希望他們能夠整改一下。

酒店瑰麗宏偉，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度友好，早餐品種多樣。美中不足的是不臨街的房間始終伴隨空調外機的轟轟聲，早上六點半不知道是空調管道還是窗户門縫飄來油煙味。

房間環境衞生都非常不錯，停車也方便，視野也不錯。
空調效果一般，但也能用。早餐除了粉能吃，麪包咬不動，菜也是涼的。
前台的經理服務非常好，但是，她旁邊的那個女的，真的，一言難盡，自己搞錯狀況還能理直氣壯的頂撞經理，一副要死不活的表情，搞得我在那裡等半天，經理給我道歉説不好意思搞錯了。她這麼能耐幹嘛不回家當娘娘呢，岳陽這服務也真是跟不上城市宣傳。
不過整體上設施硬件還是推薦入住的。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很繁華，出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心，大廳簡潔，大氣，有淡淡的香味，前台漂亮大方，服務熱情，主動，效率高，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生，很乾凈，床墊舒服，客房阿姨親切，服務號，動作麻利，整體感覺非常好，強力推薦
