前台很熱情周到，酒店還是依舊的乾淨、清爽、服務人員特別熱情，非常滿意，前台接待服務很好，房間衞生舒適，服務人員很執情的，樂於提供各種幫助，做衞生的服務員很好，房間打掃很乾凈，住的很安心

窗簾遮光效果基本無，被迫早起；晚上房間燈光又很暗，對眼睛不太友好；洗衣房實際是一個洗衣機；中央空調温度不可調，而且聲音很大很吵；但是地理位置不錯，旁邊很多吃的

酒店位置好找，離南湖廣場體育館比較近。酒店前台在一樓，前台專業態度很好。房間乾淨整潔，馬桶配了一次性坐墊圈，淋浴房熱水充足，水壓大小可調節，毛巾柔軟舒適，各種配套設施都比較新。床墊柔軟，晚上睡得挺好，不錯
