酒店就在南湖景區，窗外就是南湖景色、自然環境一等一的好。夜裡很安靜，有利於睡眠，配的卧具也很好，乳膠枕頭特別舒適。 早餐乾淨，不擁擠，餐廳服務人員都很熱情，用餐是心情很好。
酒店有一個寬大的停車場，對自駕友好。
性價比很好，推薦。

第一次入住這個酒店位置很好，在湖邊上是政府接待酒店前台服務裏面的工作人員服務效率態度都非常好，由於我們人比較多，要帶着兩個孩子，所以他們尤其是特殊照顧，特別需要表揚的是禮賓部的小夥子，非常帥氣，而且有責任心[強]
但是 搞懂的是保安 我們第一晚入住我們的房車停在了門口經理和保安讓我們停的位置，然後還可以感謝着房間比較近，但是等到第二天有保安就説有領導來讓我們把車挪走，我就不明白，我們停在這裡是你們保安説的，然後第二天的保安又説領導來讓我們挪走，那領導怎麼努力工作不就是想看到國泰民安嗎？為什麼要讓我們避開？最後也沒説什麼
其次就是最不負責和提出質疑的是不是關係户就是 2 號樓一層保安 戴眼鏡
看着我們大大小小行李無法用直梯搬上去 對着我們一行客人説這個和我沒關係 坐在一層慢悠悠喝茶

設施：酒店裝修的很有檔次，設施比較新！從窗户能看到波光粼粼的南湖，從賓館的後門就可以直達南湖邊，非常方便！
衞生：衞生條件很好，尤其是餐廳，我喜歡那種感覺。早餐各種食品豐富，味道也提現了岳陽的水準！
環境：酒店內部本身具有園林風格，適合早上晚上散步！
服務：工作人員訓練有素，服務到位且不過分，給人感覺很好。
如果下次再次來岳陽，我仍會選擇南湖賓館。

酒店環境很好，南湖邊上，很安靜；是很老的酒店了，聽出租車司機説剛翻新過，本地人都很難約上，本地政府接待專用的，也算誤打誤撞了；因為評分和評價都太少了；房價也沒有因國慶節漲價很良心了；服務員很有禮貌，態度很好，房間乾淨衞生，設施設備很好，本想再續一晚，但是沒有房間了😂；早餐建議要早點去，9點前吧，入住的時候前台小姐姐就提醒了，但是前一晚上睡太晚，早上還是沒起得來，總體來説很不錯！👍🏻👍🏻

這是我岳陽之行最滿意的酒店，守了很久終於有房間了，十一期間的價格很合理，並沒有像其他酒店一樣翻幾倍，良心價格。3號樓是新裝修的，環境很好，2m大床，房間很舒適，服務特別周到。酒店在南湖邊，特別適合休閑度假，環湖散步太愜意了。早餐略顯簡單，但口味不錯。如果朋友或家人再來岳陽，一定衹推薦這個酒店，特別滿意。實名錶揚金部長，特別暖心，有緣再見💐
