因為前一家酒店不滿意而匆忙改定了這家華雅雲縵，沒想到卻意外收穫滿滿。酒店提供免費停車，離開時前台領券交給收費亭的工作人員即可。房間很大，洗澡水熱的快且水量大。更滿意的是三層有一家美食湘菜館，特別是在陰雨冷風不必出樓就能解決晚飯問題！

超出預期的好！前台小姐姐都非常熱情友好，前台的小糖果非常好吃，陳皮軟糖。退房的時候還送了我們小零食。房間與圖片相符，乾淨衞生，東西很全，還有免費洗衣烘乾、泡酒等服務。床很軟很舒服，電梯裏還有很好聞的茶香。總之，各方面都非常優秀，五星好評！性價比也很高，非常不錯，住的很舒服😌！

酒店進大廳到房間衞生都很乾凈，環境很好，服務很熱情，還免費洗衣服，房間水喝完了，打電話到前台送進房間，也是免費的，很貼心，周邊有美食街，去岳陽樓玩也很近，位置很好，在岳陽站火車站附近，強烈推薦這家酒店。

經濟舒適型酒店，適合出差旅遊入住，房間大，床舒服，有免費的礦泉水贈送，刮鬍刀，卸粧巾洗面奶，都可以免費提供，服務員態度很好，牙刷用着很舒服，真的不錯，衞生很乾凈，環境設施都很好，下次還會選擇這裏

酒店在火車站對面，比較好找，酒店的環境也不錯，附近交通比較方便，坐公交到南湖公園，風景挺好的，南湖公園一側挨着湖南理工大學，對面有多好吃的，吃貨天堂，真好😂😂😂

怎麼説呢，開始覺得什麼都不好，要兩張房卡，説沒有，住户太多了沒有房卡了，這是哄鬼，然後入住進門一股子煙味，忍無可忍，用房間座機打前台電話完全打不通，房間內也沒有註明前台號碼，就是一個普通的家用電話通過攜程的號碼手機打過去通了然後就斷了，沒辦法聯繫攜程客服，攜程客服態度真的一如既往的好很快解決問題，告知工作人員要上房間看了再做決定，真的好搞笑有煙味是我能造謠的，上來以後説噴點香氛解決，我去，這是香氛能解決的何況你們前台的香氛就很難聞，後來換到隔壁，我們把舊的房間門關了，去新房間，結果發現保潔人員把取電卡拔了，我們就坐在烏漆嘛黑的房間聯繫攜程的客服讓送房卡，前台送卡上來的時候送了兩盒水果表示歉意吧、我是這樣理解的，過一會保潔又敲門問我們拿舊房間的拖鞋沒有，就是因為要換房間我們連床都不敢坐，怕坐臟了，何來拿你們拖鞋，無語，然後告知電話8888就能撥打前台，然後衞生間馬桶沖水的按鈕其中一個還是壞的，淋浴花灑水量也小。房間沒有隔音可言，樓上走路我們底下就咚咚咚的響，別的房間的小年輕大聲嚷嚷。本來預訂兩天的，立即聯繫攜程退了第二天的房間，倒是退房的時候前台態度還蠻好，客客氣氣的讓我有點不想給差評了，最後最重要的，我預訂的是一個套餐，有茶水咖啡泡腳和糖果，但實際上啥都沒有，不知道這些東西在哪裡呢？
