酒店服務真的很不錯 熱情又專業酒店的設施也非常好主要是齊全 洗衣機和烘乾機都有是真的很方便 還有健身房呢吃完飯去跑跑步還能建設 要出門去玩的話門口就可以打車非常快兩分鐘就能打到車景區離的也不遠 感覺不累的也可以走路去 半小時左右就到了 岳陽樓很好玩見識一下詩裏描寫的岳陽樓 運氣好碰上落日風景真的很好看 還會來岳陽玩 下次來還住這裏

非常滿意！性價比很高！樓下有健身房，有餐廳，有免費早餐和夜宵！房間很安靜，一開始我們進去發現是臨街的房間還想換房，結果窗户一關，非常安靜，窗户隔音效果不錯！全屋智能，開電視，開窗簾啥的喊一聲就行！前台有免費現磨咖啡和糕點，到店餓了可以先吃一點，很暖心！前台小姐姐很熱情，很有禮貌，我們走的時候一路送出門口！唯一不足就是停車位比較少

1.早餐不僅品種少，沒了也不補，不到八點很多就沒了。擺的主食都是涼的，加熱也不開，要提醒後才開。粉沒有澆頭，自己配醬油。
2.房間不跟酒店説是不會打掃的，美名其約怕打擾客人。但衞生紙是吃夠一天的，垃圾桶是極小的。
3.最可氣的是前台服務態度！要求我們每天自己要跟前台報備要打掃，把酒店每日打掃責任歸到客人提醒責任上。還説房卡無論是連住幾天都是要每天到前台重新刷，不然開不了門的。
裝修和設施是好的，服務是完全不匹配的。最後老闆道歉了，希望好好培訓前台服務。
