The hotel service is really good, warm and professional. The hotel facilities are also very good. The main thing is that they are complete. 靠近火車站，步行街逛街購物非常方便，去岳陽樓也方便，十分鐘路程，早餐品種多，味道獨特，關鍵是價格非常超值，連鎖品牌，品質高，床上用品跟我住過的五星級酒店差不多，我在廣州也住過宜致酒店，價格比這高很多，這裏新開業，全屋智能，重要的是服務態度讓我感覺家的温馨與關懷！

去岳陽樓的時候比較堵，不建議開車過去。熊貓園的熊貓可能比較熱，去的時候沒有出來。酒店第二次來了，服務態度比較好，前台增加了菊花茶跟自製蛋糕，品種很多。房間衞生也比較乾淨，主要是停車還是方便，就在門口。房間全屋智能客控，很方便。酒店衞生乾淨，比上次好多了。
