The mattress and pillows are cozy. They offer free pickup and delivery laundry service. They even provide hair gel and detergent in the room, and a free dessert (sweet congee) at night.
However, I recommend bringing your own slippers for the shower (this is applicable to all hotels). Tee bags are good but the instant coffee is just fine.
