岳陽氣温31度，房間空調是擺設，跟前台反應、第一反應：你空調模式不對，我拍了照片，前台看後又回答我：説正常、現在不啟動空調的，。被子很厚、前台回答我，這個是四季被！無語，31度的悶熱天氣、沒有空調還是厚被，一樣沒睡着。早餐68元，麪包機不能自動彈起，黃油都沒有、果醬也不是小塊的，衹能挖出來塗抹。

設施：很新，衞生間也是乾濕分離的，有一個小沙發，躺着還可以看到窗外的景色，房間內有智能客控，有什麼事叫小度就可以幫你解決。
環境：門口有停車場，我們是自駕，去哪裡都很方便，一進大廳，感覺很舒服，房間也很大。
服務：剛到房間，小姐姐會打電話回訪房間怎麼樣，有需要可以及時調整，需要都東西也會及時讓機器人送上來，很開心的一次出行。

這是我第二次入住錦江都城酒店，一如既往地好，尤其是設施硬件，每一個細節都做得到位，裝修高檔有品位卻不張揚，大愛！停車也非常方便，酒店前後以及地下停車場均可！説為五星酒店也不為過，價格卻是三星價，性價比超高！

距離高鐵東站很近，交通方便，出行打車也便利。樓層較高，隔音也不錯。設施比較新，衞生也還不錯，房間也比較舒適。無論是出遊還是出差選擇這裏都不錯。

房間很不錯，來這邊出差，在攜程上面看到這家店離高鐵站比較近，訂了這裏，比想象中的要好很多，房間面積足夠大，很寬敞方方正正的，格局簡單，該有的都有，還有洗手液和潤膚乳，這一點很貼心，服務也很好，還有免費的洗衣服務很方便，以後出差就住這裏了
