酒店前台的服務還可以。然而，讓人無法忍受的是，所有房間都開着門打麻將，聲音特別大卻無人管理，嚴重影響睡眠。最讓人生氣的當屬早餐。我 8:30 去吃早餐，基本已經沒什麼菜了。鄰桌的一位大姐詢問服務員還能否加菜，得到的答覆竟是不能加了（早餐供應時間明明到 10 點）。更過分的是，我正在吃飯的時候，服務員竟把她擦手的紙巾扔在我桌上。我説這裏又不是垃圾桶，她卻迴應説擦手的紙巾也不臟，是因為給客人洗葡萄手濕了才擦的手。這位服務員的言行舉止完全不像個服務員，倒更像是老闆。她身着便裝在門口收早餐券。不得不説，這個早餐廳是我這麼多年住過的酒店中最差的早餐！

酒店周邊環境挺好的；酒店的設施配置較全，這包括自助洗衣房。酒店配有地上和地下停車場，且是免費的。酒店的早餐品種較多。

房間整體還行，就是前台服務很垃圾，兩人入住要求制兩張房卡不給制，後來讓她幫忙開門還羅裏吧嗦，有這樣的前台服務員，簡直就是維也納酒店的敗筆！

1、 前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。
2、性價比很高，可以對標一些星級酒店，房間衞生非常乾淨，總枱服務員服務熱情友善，
態度親切，非常好服務也非常到位。下次還會選擇這裏。
3，房間設施齊全，服務人員素質高，跟一些快捷商務酒店很不一樣 有免費停車場
房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的
