前台小姐姐熱情大方，辦理入住效率高，房間衞生比較乾淨，酒店停車非常方便，停車位很多，酒店很大氣，早餐樣式豐富，味道也很棒！！！
下次還會來，春節來酒店避寒！

住了5天，説一下感受。
優點：
酒店檔次比較高，內部設施，衞生都很好，新酒店，建設標準都比較高。
缺點：
1，早餐欠佳，種類和口味等同一般商務型酒店。
2，位置較偏僻，周圍環境比較荒涼，吃飯，買東西和打車都不方便。
3，人情味不足。住了5天，退房晚一個小時也不行。當然於理而言無可厚非，畢竟規矩定好的退房時間，但於情而言，有些傷老客户的心。
回去午休發現保潔已打掃了衞生，為了不影響他們二次更換，午休都是在沙發上坐着眯了一會。

每次來岳陽，都會入住榮湖大酒店，哪怕是在市裡辦事，也會多開車半小時來岳陽縣入住，服務好，價格便宜，無差評，入住有幾十次了吧，圖片為路過新牆河大橋和張谷英

服務非常差勁，前台某湯姓人員全程無笑臉，到了前台入住不打招呼，還坐在椅子上面不起身，入住就告知麻煩兩間房間排在一起，也可以同一樓層，聽到以後沒有任何回覆，過了兩分鐘左右就直接給房卡，一個在九樓一個在十一樓，我再次確認是否能更換一下，直接説今天滿房了沒有房間了，我聽到以後詢問今天的預訂來晚了嗎，她説都已經來完了，我們這是最後兩間，行你説來完了那確實沒法更換了，我們就上樓了，然後房間衞生堪憂，馬桶旁邊還有煙頭，和前台説了以後阿姨馬上過來打擾了，然後問了阿姨這個樓層是否還有雙間阿姨説還有一間正在做衞生，我就問能不能換一下，就去了前台，協商更換一下房型都是一樣的，然後再次被拒絕，就剛好也有好幾個人住的在前台，前面跟我們説所有預訂都來完了，現在又有預訂在辦理了，真的很棒，後面另外一個服務員給我們更換了一間九樓的，所以就是有房間不願意換給我們，就是一點都不懂的變通，第二天退房和前台工作人員反映，沒有後續，就聽一下，可能這個酒店確實對客人的反應和需求不重視，不在乎，毫無服務可言真的非常差勁！

酒店位榮彎湖橋頭處，環境位置還算可以，價格比隔離的維也納高，服務及其他的相差甚遠。1、早餐餐廳寬闊，食材卻少得可憐，應該是被承包了，旁人守門口的婦人更為可怕，本來訂的房是兩份早餐的，卻被這個婦人追着簽名記帳到房按金里扣，不然不讓取餐，取完餐再簽也不行，早餐吃到一半，這個婦人又跑過來要我們去門口對質另兩位客人，説是不是搞錯什麼了，好好跟她説，讓我們吃完再去可以嗎？不行！天哪！我吃個早餐與其他客人有什麼關係？而且要五時三刻過去….我們出來，卻找不到所謂的另二個客人，估計也是被氣得七竅生煙走了，我們打開訂單，清清楚楚的顯視是帶兩份早餐的，然後跟這位婦人要回簽名，一翻折騰，婦人才把扣款的簽名撕了，出差幾十年，頭一次碰上這麼管理的一個酒店，取餐取到一半把你攔住，吃飯吃到一半要你出來，聞所未聞！一份早餐另收一百元確實誘人，但也得有依據，給你收也行，都簽名給你了，為什麼還不讓人把飯吃完呢？這種用村婦蠻纏斂財的手法真是讓人大開眼界。
