大廳與房間裝修都是很好。早餐安排也是不錯。尤其是頂樓可以參觀書法作品。讓人印象深刻。只是我們訂購入住兩間房間。有一間房半夜12點發現抽水馬桶壞了。結果是找不到服務員。來了一個小夥子幫忙疏通。弄了一個小時。言通了。結果是過一會兒又是堵住了。根本就是無法使用。第二天反映此情況。言我們使用者使用不當而堵住的。

前台小夥子李新政真的服務太好了，第一天剛到酒店就開始下大雪，年初二由於沒有提前和酒店説所以酒店沒有廚房做晚餐，小李很熱情的給我們推薦了一家往前開不到5分鐘的飯店，解決了晚飯問題，還吃到了美味的農家菜。第二天依然大雪，小李又幫忙聯繫了鎮上裝防滑鏈的小店，價格實惠鏈條比別人的看着牢固多了，後來快到滑雪場好多車子都開不上去，都花了高價裝的防滑鏈，酒店真的很良心，非常為住客着想，而且小李聽説我們來滑雪的，提醒我們最經濟實惠的方案，自己晚上也可以提前看下滑雪的教學視頻，這樣不會摔太慘。
第二天早餐都是熱騰騰的中式早點，退房的時候還問我們住下來的感受，到下一站才發現老媽的老花眼鏡忘記在酒店房間了，小李馬上幫我們找到了並用順豐快遞給我們寄了過來，真的太感謝了！

山上的酒店，出行並不方便，冬天入住的話比較冷，空調温度打不上來，入住比較波折，期間房間問題換過一次房，前台雙胞胎姐妹服務很熱情，這點比較滿意，早餐沒有持續加温，涼的比較快
