住了好幾次了，本次最大的感覺就是衞生和設施有了新的提高，早餐如能更豐富會更好。另外手寫的卡片感覺到很温馨，整體入住很舒服

一個較老的酒店。停車衹能停在店門口路邊上。説句實話，酒店的設施確實比較陳舊了。但是室外的風景確實也不錯。而且細緻的服務確實也能得到加分。最主要的是室內的湯池泡的很舒服。

從山東驅車返程，中途準備在安徽中轉一下，孩子們想爬山，所以提前定了這個離景區比較近點酒店。開了好幾個小時車當晚接近10點才到，本來是想着帶着孩子自駕需要住條件好點的酒店，主樓沒有定到，所以定的副樓，覺得應該比公寓樓衞生條件好點吧……辦理入住的時候前台居然説我定的是7號樓的2居，在我極力要求下，前台還是給了我副樓的房間。PS:副樓在主樓的馬路對面一棟樓。我帶着兩個疲憊的孩子進了房間，想第一時間燒壺開水給孩子們泡個麪吃，結果發現房間水壺裡一堆根本就沒有被清理的殘留物，氣的我下樓去車上拿自備的電水壺……等泡上了麪我跟孩子們坐在床上休息的時候才發現床上這麼多臟的，講真，我出來一個多月了，這真是住的最差的房了，服務沒有就算了，房間還如此臟亂差，完全沒有性價比！但是孩子們想去爬周邊的山，所以衹能再續住一天，大晚上就開始各個平台找主樓的房間，恰逢週末，**沒有，攜程沒有，結果**有，而且是套房，我想都沒想就下單了，付錢發現才290，券後247.99，馬上**也給了我訂單確認了短訊，於是安心睡覺了。沒想到第二天我辦續住就出了問題，先説我沒有定房，然後説他們沒收到確認，還説他們套房是800多一晚的，我這個價格不可能定的是套房！真的，酒店管理真的是太混亂了，我的訂單也有，短訊也有，就是説沒有房給我，折騰一上午，我妥協了，要不我給我個主樓的隨便什麼房，要不我不住了，退單走人！最後，酒店的一個工作人員給我解決了問題，還是按照訂單套房給我了，衹是過程太過複雜，很影響心情！套房其實也沒什麼，無非就有個相對大點的温泉泡池，下午孩子們要泡，我就用消毒水和酒精噴霧把池子擦了一遍，很諷刺的是，池子邊上有個8月9日已消毒的立牌，可是我用來洗池子的白毛巾都擦成了黑的了！由於孩子當時在用我的手機，所以就沒有來得及拍照。另外，酒店的早餐真的很混亂，桌子，地上，凳子上全都是垃圾，找半天才找個稍微乾淨得桌子坐下，幾個50出頭的大姐一邊大聲聊天一遍做衞生，一個抹布從桌上用到地上，地上用到桌上，真的很無語！總之，這個不會再去第二次了！
