房間面積挺大，隔音效果也很不錯，很安靜，床墊很舒服，一夜都沒有打呼，起床後腰也不疼。早餐的小春捲好吃，餛飩也不錯。
不足的地方：1.吃完早飯回房間房卡就開不了門了；2.衞生間的燈是感應式的，在馬桶上坐着不動時間一長燈和排氣扇就會滅；3.夜裡全屋會斷一次電。

老牌四星設施陳舊，房間空間較大，但異味更大，馬桶按鈕也有問題，花灑在浴缸上面，淋浴很不方便，一次性牙具質量較差，沒有一次性漱口杯和一次性馬桶墊，還好都自帶了。早餐種類太少，有些菜品空盤沒人上菜，還得顧客提醒，體驗很不好。

房間設施中規中矩，位置不錯，房間裏可以看到摩天輪，很安靜，也算是岳西縣城裡的老牌酒店了，早餐還算豐富，停車場非常大，停車方便

這麼熱的天氣，大堂和自助餐廳不開空調，有些過分了。酒店設施也普遍陳舊，給人感受不好。酒店經營再困難，必要的更新還是要投入，必要的服務還要提供，否則就陷入惡性循環。
