BUTTERFLY COVE CASTLE HOTEL IN YUEXI

A relatively new hotel, the room still smells. After staying for one night, the 4 adults all had stuffy noses and felt uncomfortable, and the child had a nosebleed in the morning. In this season, it is recommended that the hotel can change to a thinner quilt, the thick quilt used will not make you feel cold when you cover yourself with it. Also, the amusement park and outdoor go-karts close at 5pm, at least they should extend the opening hours during holidays, it gets dark after 7pm in the summer.

The supporting services are not up to par. I went to the hot springs on the day I checked in, so I asked if there was a laundry room. They said no, and that I had to send the laundry out and return it the next afternoon. We had already checked out by then, okay? Also, because the bag in the room was used to hold wet swimsuits from the hot springs, I wanted another bag, but it was never delivered. They also said that I had to pay for it. I went to get a bag from the cleaning staff next door before I left. I took the packaging bag of the instant powder to the front desk to cut it open, but they said they didn't have scissors, so they finally took it back like a dog chewing it. This is the kind of service I won't have next time.

酒店算得上是岳西最好的酒店了吧、歐式的建築風格，員工整體素質都很高，前廳那個小周妹妹既漂亮、服務又很細緻、周到🌷🌷🌷 早餐比較豐盛，品種也蠻多的，那個白腸非常好吃、品質很好，有歐洲風味哦點贊👍 在這裏用餐價格也很合理，晚餐我們兩個人點了兩個菜也不是很貴，環境這麼好，真的算是物有所值啦 酒店有地下停車庫、夏天客人的車子不會受到暴曬

酒店裝修沒毛病，就是運營跟不上，小縣城有這個樣子可以理解。運營跟不上體現在工作人員不足，前台永遠要排隊，漂亮前台小姐姐還不耐煩。我們住這個酒店都是帶孩子來的、結果晚上六點入住，告訴我們小童樂園七點就關了，泳池八點關😂，醉了，等到酒店放下行李，孩子啥也玩不到，晚上在酒店房間看動畫片，那我來住你們這個親子酒店幹嘛呢？而且問前台這些設施開放時間，她們居然一臉懵，顯得我問題很多的樣子。就不能把這些開放時間像其他酒店一樣用一張紙給打印出來發給大家嗎？實在想省錢可以做個海報啊老闆。真的沒住過管理這麼原始的酒店。但是大多數服務員都還是年輕漂亮比較友善的。尤其是門僮，很給力，幫忙搬不少東西。早餐花了五十，不咋地。話説回來我還是給好評，因為一晚上才三百多，在大城市全季的價格，還要什麼自行車

客觀講，酒店外環境建設很漂亮，適合拍照打卡，內部環境也比較好，但是如果加上商務酒店，哪怕快捷酒店的服務都會增分不少！新裝修新開業，走廊、房間味道很重！！攜程訂房不如集團**號直播實惠，而且**買要送早餐、小童遊樂等等，就在酒店花園中直播，建議訂房時如果開直播兩個對比一下再進行購買，但從**差評裏看了一下，確實不少。部分設施在建設中，還未完善。位置相當偏遠，在鄉鎮的邊上，大眾點評搜尋附近美食基本都在兩三公里以外，評分4.5以上衹有兩三家。感覺是大集團要建設新農村但是還沒有完全建設好的樣子。去酒店路修建的很好，限速50。酒店出入一條路，注意會車。早晨退房注意大廳裏飯菜味很重。
