The house is next to the city hall, and it is very convenient to get in and out. The owner will give you parking tickets, so remember to ask the owner for them when you go out. The room is as shown in the picture, it is a duplex, with a TV downstairs and a projector upstairs. It was very clean and I didn't find any problems.
