房間乾淨整潔，晚上週邊安靜方便入睡，去雁盪山打個車很快，不用很多錢，樓頂還能看星星，還帶陽台，就是陽台兩扇窗户的連接處沒了，有點不踏實，其餘倒是不錯的

房間很好，乾淨衞生，老闆服務熱情，停車很方便，在他家後院，衹是吃早餐去街裏停車不方便，腿着有點距離，做人力車需要五塊錢，得去街道里吃飯買水果，晚上睡覺很安靜，陽台上可以量衣服

反饋説還可以。當時出了點小問題，主要是我們自己的原因。退房時間過了我才發現我媽他們沒有入住。因為已經付了錢了，交涉下來也不能退款。但是後面老闆同意我們那晚過去住，也還不錯。靠譜的，放心入住！

房子很豪華，有陽台，是那種小別墅，方便去景區和火車站，裝修很好，老闆人也好，可以放心入住，如果衞生間的衞生能再打掃乾淨一點就更好了（∩ᵒ̴̶̷̤⌔ᵒ̴̶̷̤∩）
