The place is alright but for a 5 star hotel I was expecting the swimming pool and the gym operating by now. The breakfast was more on the local side and they need better coffee. Rooms are clean.

The second time I stayed here, I felt very comfortable. I don't usually eat breakfast, but some colleagues need to meet in the morning before meeting clients. I wanted to go to the front desk to buy breakfast coupons to discuss in the restaurant, but I met the manager (sorry, I forgot to ask your name) who was very friendly and gave it to me directly. There was a problem with the bathroom in room 8016. When taking a shower, the water didn't go down and flowed back outside. The whole floor of the bathroom was full of water. The sound insulation was also very poor. There were people talking in the corridor and other rooms until around 2 a.m. It was very noisy and I couldn't get up to eat breakfast in the morning! Everything else was good
