This time we came mainly to Fangdong Scenic Area to escape the summer heat. Fangdong Scenic Area should be the coolest place in Yandang Mountain. We took the cable car to Fangdong in the afternoon, drank coffee and enjoyed the cool breeze in the cave cafe in the scenic area, and waited until about 5 o'clock when the sun was no longer shining before leaving Lingyan Scenic Area (Before coming to Fangdong Scenic Area, the landlord asked us to drive the car to Lingyan Scenic Area and park there, and then the landlord drove us to the cable car station), so we could drive our own car back to the B&B after we came out of Lingyan Scenic Area, which was really convenient. The homestay also provides self-service coffee tools, so you can grind and brew your own coffee at night, which is full of ritual. I must mention here that the landlord is definitely a conscientious businessman. On hot days, boxes of mineral water are placed in the lobby for you to take at will. The free coffee beans are of good quality, and the free tea is Yandang Maofeng.

The first impression when arriving at the B&B was that it was very beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures online, and there was no deception. The location is very good, just about 400 meters walk to the scenic cable car station. The environment is also good, backed by mountains and facing the water. There is a stream with clear water at the door, and there are many stream fish. You can use a net bag to catch fish. The terrace is great for viewing the mountain view behind the scenic area, and it is beautiful for taking photos. The free KTV equipment and automatic mahjong table provided by the B&B are also great, and are not inferior to the paid equipment outside.
