前台服務態度特差差，以前岀差總住這個酒店，每次房間都安排的挺好，這次特意給安排12層，明知道樓上是風機的位置吵的不行，讓加錢才給調房，理論一番才給調同一樓層反方向的房間，夜間吵的不行又折騰換房，沒有一點服務意識不説，態度特別差

每次來樂清都會住在這裏。性價比是非常高的，雖然酒店開業好幾年了，但是裏面的設備設施維護的還不錯的。早餐也不錯，挺豐盛的。

酒店服務太差，房間打掃時也不放一次性洗漱用品，放在酒店裡的鉛筆橡皮準備給孩子寫作業，估計打掃衞生時被當垃圾扔了……
