民宿地段非常好，處於方洞與靈巖之間，開車900米去靈巖免費停車，然後乘坐景區公交（10元/人）到方洞，開始一路遊覽，2個景點全程下來2-3小時，基本都是下山路，一點都不累，最關鍵大部分區域沒有太陽直曬。老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，民宿裝修非常有個性，房間乾淨整潔含3份早餐，看我們還帶着一位8歲小孩，直接免費。大力推薦！

客棧地理位置不錯，小院裏有秋千、小水車，養了很多多肉，還有石斛，房頭爬滿了凌霄花，清新浪漫。房間佈局合理，老闆娘親自準備的早餐，豐盛營養，還送我們去了方洞纜車檢票口，非常好的體驗，手動贊！！！

訂了兩個房間。環境好，房間乾淨，住着舒心，離景區也近，老闆娘人也很好，很早就起來打掃擦拭，總體住的感覺就和在家裡一樣。每天景區回來，在小院子裏喝茶盪鞦韆、聊天，非常愜意！

非常好的一個民宿，房間和圖片一致，衞生也做的好老闆人很好，本來有聯繫溝通説零點才會到店的，但是堵車兩點半才到，老闆還在等我們，到了之後馬上給我們指揮停車，撐傘，拿行李箱。早餐如圖，好吃，饅頭稀飯免費續，每天在城市工作好久沒有吃過家常早餐了。民宿位置好，平時開車到靈巖路口主要5分鐘，就算是五一這種假日也可以走5分鐘方洞車輛管制的路口，讓工作人員幫忙攔車去靈巖換乘。這些都是老闆教我們的，使得五一假日不會被堵在路上，方便很多。推薦大家來雁盪山來這家民宿，推門就能看到方洞

窗外便是青山，院內盪鞦韆，青石板凳，老闆種了很多盆栽🪴，旁邊便是飯店，味道還不錯。服務很熱情，早餐簡簡單單能吃飽。衞生乾淨，房間不小。離靈巖景區很近，走路10多分鐘便可以到。出來遊玩的朋友，推薦。

房間典雅，非常非常乾淨。窗外既是風景，民宿背靠雁盪山景區，在民宿門口看到的就是宜人景色。民宿老闆還提供了水果茶點。早餐清爽可口，感覺不夠可以加。從民宿可步行至靈巖景區門口。而且民宿左邊和右邊都是餐廳，遊玩回來吃飯也很方便。老闆老闆娘很熱情，下次來還住這裏。

和標註及照片一致。作為山裡的小客棧民宿還是就算不錯了。小院乾淨，整潔雅緻。有秋千，有石桌，是一個休閑的好地方。前台做的也比較寬敞明亮，而且大廳裏面有餐桌兒，還有早餐吃，非常不錯。屋子裡麪應該有的東西都有了。雖然不能和城裡的大酒店相比，作為山裡的民宿已經夠用了。毛巾，牙刷，水杯拖鞋都有。關鍵是老闆的服務非常熱情。我剛到老闆就追出來幫我找車位。隨叫隨到。臨走也把我送出了客棧。一直幫我們拿行李。非常感謝老闆的熱情款待。值得推薦。
