林楓山舍的套房可以在陽台直接看到靈峯，還有對面的南瓜峯，風景絕佳，房間面積很大，天花板看着像剛刷過，地板也是新的，房間佈置的也比較温馨，房間裏還有淡淡的桂花香，還有個大院子，大堂可以喝茶，管家服務很好，親自到停車場迎接，幫忙拿行李，熱情周到，早餐是中西式的套餐可以選擇，中式套餐比較有本地特色，有特色麥餅，想喝咖啡的，管家也會免費提供，還有民宿阿姨燒的家常菜很好吃，一定要品嚐一下，在景區的民宿，能有讓你有家的感覺，下次來還會住這家民宿，雁盪山此行太滿意了。

一個在景區範圍價格屬輕奢的酒店，僅以地理位置優越為賣點是體現不了核心價值的。民宿裝修新中式，預訂時也是看着相冊被吸引，但民宿內膽細節與服務與其賣相及價格定位有差距。 1、內部裝修細節欠奉：廁所門向內抵住馬捅、牆天花脱落、封條脱漏、洗水龍頭離麪台8釐米，開水洗手直接一面台的水…等等；2、服務細節欠缺：入大堂、房間黴味嚴重，山裡潮濕，900的定價，空氣還是應該有香味些；房內衞生打掃需要更用心，污漬、頭髮、碎屑，讓住客難受；3、早餐雖天然，但輕奢民奢而言，服務略顯湊合。 唯讓人寬慰，臨入住前，店員店話詢間是否需要幫運行李，不足中的一點小温馨了。 人終會老，酒店也一樣，一個好酒店的精髓是精細化的服務管理，而其靈魂是人！
