和朋友來，房間該有的都有，經濟實惠，特別是洗澡熱水非常好，還有晚上的空調，熱風非常給力，入住後，老闆娘講解遊玩路程十分合理，這裏離靈峯景區很近，到靈峯景區公交站也就幾百米，景區公交車朝陽洞站離美峯民宿幾十米，十分方便，下朋友來，一定推薦住在這裏。

設施：較齊全，該有的都有，老闆也給提供。
衞生：衞生還可以，沒有什麼明顯問題。
環境：環境不錯，距離餐館超市就在對面，距離大巴換乘點很近，而且也可以直接很司機師傅説在美峯賓館下，就給直接停在門口了，很方便。
服務：老闆人不錯，有問必答。

帶兩位長者一起遊玩，房間總體滿意，價格實惠，三張1.2米的床，各自睡不受別人影響，被子枕頭沒有異味，衞生間比較簡陋，只有一個小氣窗換氣，但是該有的都有，熱水比較順暢，房間兩邊都有窗，一邊朝東，一邊接近其他民房，比較透氣，晚上睡覺也比較安靜，老闆推薦的餐館味道還行，推薦的遊玩路線也很合理，下次如果要去還會去住的。

我和朋一行來此遊玩，在美峯民宿住了一晚上，老闆娘真是熱情周到，服務態度一等，房間設施齊全，我們感覺很温馨，打開窗户就能看雁盪山的美麗景色，雁盪山的空氣真好，我們以後還想再來。

周圍環境非常好，周邊公交超市飯店都很近，睡得很舒服，特別是洗澡水很大，聽老闆娘説是靈峯的山水，老闆娘推薦的線路很合適，玩的開心又不累，下次帶朋友一起過來玩！

附近很方便啥都有，民宿衞生乾淨設施齊全，服務周到。 周圍景色非常的美，嗯經過老闆娘的旅遊攻略指導呃我們玩的很順利，非常開心，下次還會再來推薦別人一起過來住這裏，這家民宿旁邊吃飯的也味道很好，非常喜歡，非常滿意，他家還能到動車動車站接送，非常好，真的很方便，對面就是停車場還有公交車站點出行很方便，去夜景也很近
