老闆很漂亮，既有文化又有涵養，一看見就像親姐姐一樣照顧我們一家人，無微不至的照顧，還很想多呆幾天，交通便利，出門公交站，在主四個景區中間，逛完一個景區回來休息一下再去下一個景點，真是緩解體力的好地方，房間設施高檔豪華舒適，比五星級賓館品質更好，下次再來

非常喜歡老闆和老闆娘的品味，説是民宿，其實更是當做自己家在搭理經營，熱情熱心，都是自己手作，哈哈，和老闆娘開玩笑，看這裝修使用的材料已經是財富自由了，突然發現無論是民宿還是餐廳，老闆娘都是佛系＋好品味。山中風景和空氣無敵，民風淳樸自然。

交通: 在雁盪山大景區裏面的中段，國慶可以憑住宿，開車進去，便於幾個景區出行，不用排隊坐景交。
設施：老闆娘自建房，設施很新，智能設備。
衞生：打擾很乾凈，沒有異味。

環境：民宿位於大山腳下，晚上涼爽，安靜。

民宿是一個獨棟別墅有多層，定的是有大露台的大床房，裝修很不錯也蠻新的。我們當天早上坐高鐵到達雁盪山先打車去了民宿，老闆娘在門口迎接了我們送到房間，因為趕着去玩放好行李匆匆忙忙就出發了。景交車在民宿門口就有點，出門上車買了40的無限次票，到幾個景區都非常方便。我們按照大龍湫方洞靈巖靈峯的順序玩了一圈。周邊點外賣還算方便，晚上回到房間點了燒烤在露台躺椅上開心夜宵，可以看到遠方朦朧的山影，不錯的體驗。

和朋友一起帶娃自駕出遊，提前搜了幾家雁盪山附近的民宿備選，想着開到哪算哪再定住哪裡的。 快到靈巖附近的馬路邊直接被這家小苑給吸引住了，入眼就是清清爽爽乾乾淨淨的，老闆娘也非常熱心接待，就挪不動腳步啦，直接下訂單入住。 房間提供了歡迎果籃，這裏的水果真的是這麼多年入住酒店民宿吃過最好吃的水果沒有之一🤩老闆娘姐姐還給推薦了附近超好吃的飯館。 早餐親自煮了特色海鮮麪，一人一大碗 料足鮮美，吃得超滿足😋女兒説沒住夠，下次一定再來。

房間非常乾淨清爽衞生，尤其是衞生間，用的非常舒服，寬敞整潔，淋浴亭尤其好用，出水順暢，出水量大！
老闆娘熱情大方出手闊綽，礦泉水隨便拿，送的迎客水果品質非常高，竟然還有櫻桃！
民宿的早餐非常可口，都是老闆娘一大早親自做的。海鮮麪海鮮料十足！吃粥配的肉包子，一吃就知道是自己做的，果然老闆娘説裏面的肉用的都是本地豬肉！
總體評價非常棒，推薦大家住！

非常棒，非常有格調，老闆娘人很好，又是送水果送小菜，有求必應，炒的菜很對胃口，坐在小院裏吃晨餐，面對巍峨的大山，感覺很美好。
