民宿老闆人特別好，要不是老闆出來給我們找車位不知道多久能停車吃飯，老闆做的早餐麪也特別好吃，房間很有藝術品味，很多擺件讓人耳目一新，民宿位置也好視野很好，小狗狗特別乖巧可愛，總之，全部都滿意，強烈推薦，下次來還住他家！

民宿實際環境跟描述完全不一樣，太讓人失望了！唯一可以肯定的是老闆人不錯，其他真的不推薦！隔音差，房間小，我訂的是1.3米的雙床，實際1.2米，説是給我房間升級了，但我看到的把我預訂的房間已經給別人住了！房間空調不靈，很冷，衞生間臟、冷，熱水不熱，無法洗澡；讓老闆給礦泉水，他説都喝山泉水的；早餐也沒有，因為我們7:30就出門，老闆還沒起來吧……反正被照片騙了，再也不會去，再也不相信什麼民宿了，不推薦！不推薦！價格不合理！晚上砰砰砰，就是穿着衣服躺了一晚上

衞生不好！房間空調不能用，衞生間沒冷氣，沒有礦泉水提供，沒有電視機，房間跟我預訂的不一樣，跟照片上的也不一樣，房間隔音差，晚上各種聲音，無法入睡，熱水壓根不熱，無法洗澡，房間很小，根本不是上面描述的那樣，體驗感太差了！真的太失望了沒早飯，無法言語的失望！

老闆人很好，晚上去的晚，一直等待，出來接我們，幫忙拿行李。早餐麪條顏值高，味道好，很滿意。每間房間風格都不同，設計理念很強。住的很開心！提醒一下房間設施注意檢查維修哦，地板有壞的，洗臉盆的下水太慢了。

第一次去雁盪山，民宿老闆推薦的路線相當不錯，還送了我一份手繪地圖，我從朝陽洞出發，看到了很美的雁盪山。
民宿就在朝陽路停車場後面，走路2-3分鐘即到達靈峯山腳的景區公交車站，距離朝陽洞方向走路10分鐘左右，非常方便。
對於住宿需求，老闆也會及時回覆提供幫助，非常感激。
白天路暖陽盛，夜裡山涼水冷，還需及時調整服裝哦

有點年代的民宿，位置不錯，就在靈峯附近，夜遊出行很方便。老闆一看就是個有情懷的人，麪條做得特別好吃！環境和一些設施能稍作改善就挺完美了！
