尚客優是全國連鎖酒店，不管是環境，還是衞生都是不錯的，但是昨天入住的這個酒店給我的感覺非常差
1洗漱過11點多，躺床上玩手機突然房間斷電，以為是停電，給前台打電話問一下是否停電，給的答覆沒有停電，我房間莫名其妙停電，前台上樓查看，説是線路短路故障，當時已經晚上11點多，給安排其他房間
2給安排到其他房間之前已經洗漱過，沒有區衞生間，第二天早上洗漱時拿起毛巾準備擦臉是看到毛巾上有黃色的東西，不清楚是什麼，換過房間沒有用房間的洗漱用品，而且毛巾上還有長髮，我是短髮，不清楚是那位的
3開票在入住時候已經告知前台我要開票，需要開專票，第二天退房時説要開專票説是不能開，又要給前台解釋，

一顆星都不想給，第一空調不製冷，兩百訂了一個麻將房，我從下午進房間就把空調打開，打開了幾個小時都不冷，又去聯繫前台，前台上來説要聯繫經理，喊我們再吹吹看，實在不冷他也沒辦法，我當時就説難道我花錢來是被熱的嗎？？？？然後我們朋友説喊拿個風扇，他才拿的風扇，風扇拿上來我們就將就打了麻將。後來前台説換房間要早點，大姐我們在打麻將，那個打麻將中途換房間嘛，我們十二點打完，出去吃了個飯然後回來就給前台説可以換房間不，他給我説沒得房間了。然後我就在攜程上看到了很多房間,本來我之前也在酒店上過班的，如果沒得房間了房態是必須關的，不然如果有客人訂房，沒有房間會被投訴。這樣的解釋不覺得很搞笑嗎？我提出了自己的質疑，前台又説他把房間留給那些開大貨車的客人，他們住到早上很早就要走，或者是那些衹住兩三個小時的客人。 不是沒房間嗎？ 你們説話不矛盾嗎？？？？ 前台説給我換二樓的房間很吵，窗户外面都是空調外機的聲音，我真的服了。我畫錢就是來聽空調外機的聲音嗎？ 我真的很無語，我真的很生氣。並且再也不會入住尚客優。我覺得無比的垃圾。。。。。
以下的兩張圖是我凌晨截圖的他們酒店的房態，可以明顯看到他是有很多房間的，難道那些親子房，優享大床房也很吵嗎？ 他衹是不想給我們換房間而已，本來就是你們酒店空調的原因，還要我們客人來買單，不積極協調。

服務特別好，我們因為趕路的原因，早上8點多到的酒店，定了兩間標準間，當時因為太早所以衹有一間房子，客房阿姨特別熱情，退出房子後趕忙放下手上的活幫忙打掃我們要的房間，特別好！

這家酒店的設施非常現代化，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度非常好。我非常喜歡他們的床鋪，非常舒適，讓我有很好的睡眠。酒店的位置也非常便利，門口就可以停車，早上還有簡單早餐，很不錯的酒店值得推薦，
