垃圾中的垃圾，從來沒有住過這麼垃圾的酒店，空調一點作用沒有，住一晚快凍死了，各種設備都是老舊損壞的，不知道哪裡的勇氣還收那麼高的房費！

我們是回老家訂酒店結婚的，之前有朋友在這家酒店訂的.所以我們去體驗一下，入住當天安排的房間空調不冷.室內温度一直下不去.剛進去的時候是26度°到半夜吧我熱醒了，我一看空調室內温度29度°因為半夜了就沒有換.第二天因為辦事沒有來得及退房.就想着在住一晚上，就讓她們換個房.她們説她們的空調就那樣的，還有一個女的説，她們的空調要有個適應程度.我就説一晚上了還要適應多久？她就説換房沒有，然後我們就回房間了，回房間以後讓她們換一下床單被罩.她們也不換.還説她們兩天換一次，我就問如果有的客人住一天，你們就不換了，接着給下一位客人嗎？她説就是兩天換一次.一點服務意識沒有，而且全程態度惡劣，好像我們欠錢一樣那種。哎，真的很垃圾.還有退房的時候房卡按金一百.説原路返回，其他的什麼都沒説。我們就走了，結果到了下午兩點多還沒退，我老公有從商丘打車回去問.去了她們才説退按金要一個碼，那為什麼退房的時候不説？如果我們不回去那麼這一百塊錢就不會退，這種真的去一次就絕對不會再有下一次，怪不得現在沒人住

在網上訂酒店，也是剛學會，作為縣城的酒店，木蘭大酒店原來是數一數二的，非常高端大氣。如果能把洗浴間的玻璃拉上一道布簾子，洗澡水就不會溢到衞生間其他地方，這樣衞生間就可以保持乾燥了。照片以後補上吧！
