JI Hotel (Dezhou Yucheng Debaiguangchang)

The service is warm and thoughtful, the environment is elegant, the breakfast is good, parking is convenient, fruit is delivered, it is next to a large commercial center, the underground parking is very convenient, and the room was upgraded.

As someone who travels nearly 200 days a year for business, most of the time staying at All Seasons hotels, this is the first time I've specifically given a bad review! This is my third stay at this hotel. My first time, I didn't pay attention to the details, so I stayed in a suite both the second and third time. On my second stay, I first found used disposable slippers in the closet. After asking the maid to remove them, I found socks in the trash! I seriously suspected the linens weren't properly cleaned, so I immediately had housekeeping replace the bedding before moving back in. This time, in a suite, I first found an uncollected toothbrush in the bathroom. I don't use the hotel's toothbrushes, so the disposable toothbrush on the floor must have been left by the previous guest. Even funnier, the noodle cook served me food without washing her hands, leaving white fingerprints on the edge of the bowl. Worst of all, I found bugs in the food! I'm confused. Is this hotel completely unmanaged?

The staff were extremely friendly and promptly handled all my inquiries. I'd love to visit again. The value was good, and the restaurant food was clean and delicious.
