酒店估計是當地國企的酒店吧，樓層很高，不過剛進門辦手續服務員的態度可就是很一般哦，現在的前台工作人員，難道就是拿身份證，給房卡，説一下早餐時間和餐廳位置，就這樣，其他什麼都沒説，酒店Wi-Fi之類什麼都不説，哎，培訓不到位哦.若不是為了看梯田，我也不會選擇這個城市住.

很好，中規中矩的大酒店，在元陽縣城應該是最好的了，比梯田景區裏面的划算很多，開車到景區也很近，價格還比景區裏面的便宜很多。

1、鬧得讓人無法睡覺，一羣人在房間喝酒，給前台電話，不解決問題，給酒店經理電話號碼，沒有人接聽。2、早餐非常差，簡單得讓你感覺到了什麼爛酒店，和酒店的星一點也不匹配！3、酒店衞生很糟糕，房間裏面有蟑螂，去他們前台質問吵鬧的時候，看見圖中的死耗子圖1，很噁心！！！圖2是很臟的茶杯，圖3是對門房間喝酒吃肉的現場。就是一個管理混亂，無法休息和骯臟的地方！！！！

這次在元陽的住宿體驗真的太差勁了，必須要來吐槽一下。這家可是被宣傳為元陽最好的酒店，本想着能住得舒適些，結果卻大失所望。
剛進第一個房間，就被馬桶的臟污程度震驚到了，想着馬桶都這麼臟，其他地方肯定也好不到哪兒去，隨手一摸全是灰，手都黑了 ，這衞生狀況實在堪憂。
找工作人員換了房間，本以為能改善，沒想到新問題接踵而至。床品上有明顯污漬是洗不掉的，幸虧帶了一次性床單，不説了。要用電腦辦公，結果發現電腦桌插座沒有電。聯繫工作人員解決，送上電之後，房間裏的燈又開始一直閃，還有啪嗒聲。詢問工作人員該怎麼處理，得到的回答竟然衹有“不知道”，沒有積極解決問題的態度 。這服務水平實在難以匹配“元陽最好的酒店”這個名號。
希望酒店能重視衞生和服務問題，不然真的會讓很多滿懷期待的客人失望。

位置好，隔一條街就能有許多餐飲店，吃飯方便。這是元陽最好的酒店了，停車場很大，停車方便，床品乾淨衞生，早餐種類也多，能吃飽。
