一是房間小到床對着門口；二是衞生間有異味；三是前台在客人未退房衹是外出都要求交房卡給前台，很過分；四是客人要求不要打掃還是趁客人不在房間時去打掃；五是退房時要求開發票，以暫時沒發票為由説晚點會發到客人郵箱又一直沒發，第一次住酒店體驗這麼差。讓人覺得很生氣！要求投訴！

太垃圾了，一點都不隔音，甚至能聽到隔壁打座機的按鍵聲，聽隔壁打牌到三點多，沒睡着，最後實在沒辦法，藍牙耳機開啟降噪模式才勉強睡着，酒店大堂一股水汽味，隱隱有些黴味
