Unexpectedly, when the whole family got ready to go to bed after taking a bath, the husband discovered that there were four small black bugs crawling on and inside the white quilt on his bed. The child said: "Dad, I just saw a bug on my quilt, and I pinched it to death with a napkin." After hearing this, the husband immediately took a flashlight and shined it on the wall and the ground. He was shocked when he saw it. There were also several living and crawling bugs and dead bug corpses on the wall and ground. It looked very disgusting. He said, "Don't we Are you going to sleep in a wormhole tonight?” I called the front desk immediately, and the front desk sent a waiter to look at it and then asked us to change rooms. So we started a new round of packing. We originally wanted to go to bed early, but because of the bug incident, we kept going back and forth until after 11 o'clock in the evening. If a guest has to change rooms after checking in due to the fault of the hotel and delays the guest's rest, why not offer two bottles of mineral water to the guest as an apology?

This is my second time here. The newly opened hotel is really clean and hygienic, and the service is also very good. I will choose here every time I go on a business trip in the future.
