優點:交通便利，網絡不錯。
缺點：衞生不是很好，是我住過最差的吧，衞生間一塌糊塗，很多設備是壞的，可能是因為春節期間的緣故吧，希望店家改進；
再説説停車問題，有停車場但很小，要時不時去移車，路邊停車會被城管要求開走。

三人間是兩人間里加了張床，環境不好，處於樓梯旁邊，過往不太安靜。晚上沒有涼水，洗臉都不方便。期中一床被子很臟，感覺有血跡沒有洗乾淨
