酒店在沅陵縣人民醫院對面，屬於典型的九十年代的招待所類型，沒有電梯，車子要停在路邊。房間還好，寬敞明亮，沒有啥異味，但是衞生間狹小，洗漱台放杯子都沒法放，蹲盆為了衞生間地面排水，做成凹陷型，人蹲下去方便完起身困難。房間有蚊子，睡一晚身上咬了好幾個包。

酒店在大路邊上很好找，停車在江邊也很方便，周圍吃飯購物很多，房間乾淨衞生，前台很熱情，出差住三人間很實惠！

沒有電梯，但是衞生什麼的都還蠻好，房間應該是新裝修的，很清爽，浴室的淋浴頭不太好，出水太散。
