酒店在鬧市區，周圍商業設施很多，購物吃飯都很方便。酒店在主幹道的路邊上，很好找。停車場在後院，從酒店旁邊的巷子開進去一小段路，就到了停車場的入口了。停車場不算大，但也可以停個十幾台車了。從停車場到前台，要穿過一個宴會廳，也不算太困難。酒店的保安師傅真不錯，我們到店以後，就積極地為我們開門（停車場的門，當時被一台車擋住了掃描器不能抬桿了），指引到前台的路，還詢問我們的行李多不多，要幫我們搬運。第二天我們離店的時候，又主動到停車場，檢查閘機的工作情況。酒店的每個工作人員，態度都很温和，語言親切，文明禮貌，令人倍感温暖。酒店的各種設施都很有檔次。

7.6晚上接近11點入住的，保安引領停的位置，早上不到8點離開酒店繼續趕路，開車時就發現引擎蓋上被深深地颳了道長長的刮痕，當時保安經理，前台人員也都拍了照片，説反饋給經理處理此事！
然後經理加了我微信，就説看錄像沒有人刮車
7.6下午6點我們在服務區拍下的照片裏都沒有刮痕，然後就一路趕到酒店，刮痕哪裡來的？？
經理反饋的監控視頻，很明顯的是反光的，偏説是我們開來時候就有的，請問，夜裡能看得到劃痕？？什麼攝像頭這麼厲害？？而且，看不出來痕子方向都不對嗎？？
出差回家，今天21號，沒有人再跟進此事，所以評論下，給後面入住的人提個醒！！！！

非常不錯的一家酒店，房間寬敞，床鋪也挺舒適的個人覺得，終於睡了個美美享的覺。前台熱情服務。很很細心詢問客人情況感覺挺温馨的住個酒店都令人倍感温馨。酒店還提供了豐富的自助早餐和各種小吃，真是令我倍感放鬆。下次有機會去這個城市.還是會去的！值得推薦的一個地方

一般吧，主要是離高速口距離還可以，沅陵不知道是不是下雨的緣故，房間裏有一股黴味，被子感到很潮濕，有一個房間衞生還漏水，反正就住一晚，無所謂了
