Daems Grand Hotel(Yuanjiang Rainbow island)

The accommodation experience is hard to describe. Hygiene: Poor, not average Environment: terrible, messy Facilities: obsolete Service: Arrogant and unwilling to improve

I often travel around the country on business. I originally planned to book Vienna when I went to Yuanjiang for a business trip. However, the breakfasts in hotels in Vienna in many places are very monotonous. I stayed in this hotel after reading the reviews. I booked it for three days on a business trip here. Later, I had to go on a business trip for a few more days, so I went to Vienna to stay. The main problem was that the room was large but empty. The big cars passing by on the road outside made a terrible noise. There was not even a desk in the room. I had to pull a small round table to the bed to work. The bedside sockets were far away. I couldn't use my mobile phone while lying on the bed and charging it. It was too far away. I don't recommend using the washing machine for washing clothes. The hotel also used it to wash things like quilts and pillowcases. My body started to itch when I put on clothes the next day. The breakfast in the hotel was okay. The next two photos are of Vienna for comparison. The order was at Jinjiang a pp booked a deluxe room, and the front desk manager said that next time I could place an order directly which would be cheaper than on the app. When I heard this, I immediately felt that Dames could not compare with this hotel in terms of service. I had just arrived in Yuanjiang at around 2pm, feeling tired and hungry. I asked the front desk and they said it would cost 306 to book a king-size bed with a view. I said it was cheaper online, so I booked it for 777 for three days. The front desk said that the room type booked online was no longer available and could not be entered into the system. As soon as I placed the order, I heard the computer voice receiving an order from Ctrip. She said it was not my order. Haha, I was too tired to care. Later, I cancelled the order and booked a slightly worse room type, deluxe room 822. Then there was another voice receiving an order from the Ctrip system. Haha. During the period, the front desk said that they would give me a room with a trial price of 259 for one day, or if I stayed for three days, I could enjoy the member price by recharging 1000. I refused. The only thing that was worth it was that the aunt was very responsible.
