當時和同事一起出差入住的，房間佈局合理，在各種桌椅上辦公特殊舒心，床鋪整理的很好，躺下去很軟和，尤其有大小兩個枕頭，便於客人們根據不同的角度來進行自我調節，可以説店家服務貼心，尤其前台服務特別熱情，主動告訴我這個外來人當地的美食特色，五星好評一點也不為過！

28號訂房入住的，開的雙床房，509的一個標雙，當時由於坐車太累，進房間先洗澡洗頭，沒有及時發現床有問題，一張床中間是凹陷的，一張床是一邊高一邊低，由於我先使用就沒要求酒店給我更換房間。29號早上我辦理的續住，告訴前台情況，當時前台那個小姐姐非常有禮貌的給我更換，小姐姐給我更換到515房，更換房間後我發現床頭插孔鬆弛，無法插電。我打電話給前台，前台説讓服務員去看，服務員大姐去了態度很不好，還説是我手機充電器的問題，然後試了其他幾處，除了廁所和門口燒開水位置有電，其不能使用，我又去到前台，然後前台另一個大姐，態度很不好，説電工下班了，要晚點，到下午又打電話，然後説是我手機充電頭的問題，也沒説或者給我更換一個房間，真的有點生氣，因為我帶着孩子，有很多行李，不想搬來搬去，30號我又原房續住了一天，衹到我31號就是今天早上退房，也沒人上去給我查看房間插座情況。

加上運氣不好，當晚有幾個人喝了酒，在我的房間上面打麻將，動靜很大，酒店給我換了房間，但真的沒有休息好...
