停電天氣太熱 在家對面天成開了間房避暑 以為很破舊畢竟這麼多年了 但是實際整體比想象的好一丟丟 應該是翻新過了吧 地下室停車方便 不過白天的時間空調有一丟丟熱 可能是太陽實在毒辣，氣温過高，玻璃窗户的問題 下午太陽沒有直曬之後就好了一些 傍晚後就不熱了。性價比還是高的
